West Bay Divers is located in West Bay, on the island of Roatan. It has been operating since 2008. It covers a vast area of about 100 yards back from West Bay Beach, behind Beacher’s Bar and Grill. It is also the habitat of over 95% of Caribbean aquatic species. West Bay Divers have acquired a name in the diving community for their quality Cressi equipment and trained and experienced staff.
West Bay Divers is a boutique PADI 5 star dive centre and is well known for their professionalism. Here the divers can enjoy a safe and enjoyable diving under the continuous guidance of professional divers. They also provide high quality and well-maintained equipment for their beginners as well as experienced divers. They provide three shifts for diving. 8:30 A.M, 11:00 A.M and 2:00 P.M
Night dives are also arranged on request of the divers and it includes the shark dives and other attractive trips. The diving groups are kept small. It generally comprises of 5 to 6 persons or even less than this along with the Divemaster. Sometimes the journey is carried out even by a single customer provided he or she is happy to dive alone.
Our Dive Boats
Two types of boats are available in this dive shop, namely EI Ray and EI Gordo
EI Ray is a 31 feet deep hull panga which can hold at least 12 customers per dive. It consists of a 225 Yamaha 4 stroke engine, and it can travel longer distances to ensure a more enjoyable ride for the customers.
EI Gordo is a 30 feet long panga and it can also hold 12 customers per dive. This large, open area boat is mainly designed for the students.

1 PADI Staff Instructor
2 PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers
1 Open Water Scuba Instructor and some freelance instructors.
Facilities
The dive shop also provides an added facility for communicating to their customers through English and Spanish languages. The customers can also get the benefit of communication through other languages (except English and Spanish) with a prior notice.
The dive shop is highly equipped with, Cressi BCDs, regulators and fins, wetsuits, masks, weights, dive lights and other important equipment necessary for a safe diving. They are very particular about the safety and hygiene of their fellow divers and trainers. So, all the equipment are regularly serviced and maintained. The filters are changed very often to ensure that our customers get the best and clean air as possible. The best possible security for the customers is provided, which include locker facility to store their dive gear for a night.
West Bay Divers can boast of their safety and security as they provide a group of experienced staff who are Emergency First Responders. Their boats and shops are always loaded with enough first-aid kits, emergency oxygen, and drinking water. A Hyperbaric Chamber is also present to handle any risky situation.
